Norv has to go or I am going to lose my mind. I have been following the Chargers for 30 years, so I am no stranger to disappointment and shame but I have to say the firing of Marty and the hiring of Norv Turner is the worst move in the teams history. Worse than Ryan Leaf....... Worse than Kevin Gilbride......
This week we saw LT Dominate the left side of the KC d-line in the first half. He rushed for over 100 yards in the first half and in the second half he only rushed him 3 times. I have never heard of making adjustments to something that was actually working well. Normally you look at what was not working (like the middle of our d-line giving absolutely no pressure to the QB) but Norv seemingly sabotages the team with ridiculous play calling (3 and two and throws a long pass??????) and uninspired vision.
Norv you have to go....
